• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business
• Processing time does not include shipping transit

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

• Delays caused by incorrect addresses
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier
• Carrier delays or service disruptions

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
